The House
The house is 300 m² and can accommodate up to 20 people. On the ground floor, you can find 4 bedrooms with double beds (one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and sink), 2 bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink, and 1 separate toilet. The kitchen, dining room, grand living room and laundry room are located on the ground floor as well. The kitchen is equipped with all modern utilities like an oven, microwave, large fridge, freezer, coffee machine etc. The kitchen also provides access to the pool and to the garden with a big terrace with a dining table and chairs. The grand living room has a fireplace, seating area with a sofa and 2 chairs, a dining table with chairs, and a spiral staircase leading to the half-open loft with a tv and children’s corner. The dining room with dining table and chairs can be accessed through the living room and kitchen.
The second floor can be accessed via the staircase in the hallway and has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, and a separate toilet. The dormitory with 10 beds is also here, which can be used if you wish to accommodate more than 10 people.

The Garden
The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens, which occupy 5.000 m². The gardens consist of lawns, forest and flowers. The driveway in front of DomaineLe Relais is flanked by plane trees. In front of Domaine Le Relais you can find a covered eating area with stone oven. Behind the house is a large terrace with dining table and chairs, which can be accessed through the kitchen and dining area. Here you can also find the pool (14 m long, 6 m wide) surrounded by a terrace with lounging chairs. In front of and next to the house is plenty of parking space.
There is a childrens playhouse with swings and slide and sandbox.
The Swimming Pool
Situated in the garden, just behind the kitchen, you’ll find the pool (14 m long, 6 m wide) waiting for a refreshing dive! The pool is surrounded by a terrace perfect for sunbathing in one of the comfortable chairs. The pool is ideal for doing laps (before breakfast?) or for the kids to play in.
Bergerac and Ginestet
Domaine Le Relais is located on the outskirts of Bergerac, close to a small village called Ginestet. In Ginestet, you can find the nearest bakery (closed on Mondays) with delicious homemade breads and pastries. Bergerac is located on both sides of the Dordogne river, connected by beautiful historic bridges. You may have heard of the tale of Cyrano de Bergerac: this local hero is honoured with a statue in the middle of the historic centre. Here you can find lots of shops selling local delicacies like foie gras, cheese and wine, but of course also clothes and souvenirs, as well as restaurants and bars. We don’t accept cheques de vacances.
We require a 50% down payment to confirm your reservation. The down payment will need to be paid within 7 days after you have received a reservation confirmation. The total amount, including deposit, will have to be paid at least 10 weeks prior tot your arrival. If the house and inventory is left in the same state as you found it, the 750 euro deposit will be repaid within a week after your stay.
